The factory, located near the institute, is a <strong>leader in aluminium casting and the production of ingots<\/strong> for key sectors such as automotive and industry.<\/p>\n<p>During the visit, the educators got a firsthand look at <strong>IDALSA&#8217;s<\/strong> aluminium smelting and casting process. This highly specialized and <strong>sustainability-focused process<\/strong> involves collecting aluminium scrap, melting it at high temperatures, and creating green aluminium ingots. These ingots are then distributed to various industrial sectors for the manufacture of components.<\/p>\n<p>The tour was led by <strong>IDALSA<\/strong> staff, who provided the teachers with a detailed overview of the different stages of the production process, from the selection of recycled materials to the quality control of the final product. Additionally, <strong>IDALSA<\/strong> representatives highlighted the importance of having skilled technicians for the operation and maintenance of the machinery and furnaces used in the process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Committed to environmental sustainability and resource optimization<\/strong>, <strong>IDALSA<\/strong> serves as an exemplary model for future generations of technicians.
